A bit over 10 months postpartum.
I didn’t realize how hard it’s be to workout during pregnancy. I didn’t have the picture perfect pregnancy, so I didn’t get to maintain where I was. I ended up with preeclampsia at the end, and it was so scary. I’m blessed we are both healthy ❤️
Starting back after having a baby, I have 1 goal and it is to be healthy and balanced all around (cardio, strength, and mobility).
I want to have a long healthy life. Everyone’s journey is different. Keep going 💪🏼

Everyday seems like there is a new challenge!
I cried 3 times last week, it was the most I’ve worked, the hardest I worked out, and being away from my baby and husband for so long felt like a new heart break.
People have been telling me I’ve been doing good, and that I look good, but there’s always a part of my mind that thinks “they’re just saying that”, but after putting the videos from the beginning to now made me actually see the change.
As a mom you worry so much about your baby and if you are doing a good enough job and trying to balance everything isn’t easy.
Sometimes I miss workouts and feel so inconsistent, and guilty, but I go when I can and feel up to it.
There really isn’t a right or wrong way, just take a minute to realize you are strong, and you are doing the best that you know, and it is all paying off.
I’m so blessed to be a mother, a wife, and have this life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything different💗🙏🏼

Hello November 😍
Warning⚠️: I’m about to sound cliche.
2019 has been filled with a lot of ups and downs for me. And I know a lot of people went through some rough stuff also.
Since October I’ve been trying to focus on myself and growing mentally and physically.
I’ve lost 12 pounds 🙌🏼 but also I’ve had 2 main focuses
1: I can’t control what is being thrown at me, or other peoples actions. The only thing I can control is how I react to things, and what I choose to do about it.
2: your attitude determines your altitude.
You determine your happiness. Even though things get hard, you can choose what you’re going to do about it. Are you gonna let it beat you down? Or are you going to choose to grow from it?
I think I truly am learning what self love is. 🥰
I just want to share that you can choose to stay positive and fight through what life might throw at you! ❤️
I’m so incredibly thankful for the support that has been given to me throughout my life.
And the support that I continue to have every day. 🙏🏼❤️
